I tried signing up for an account, but it says my email is already in use...what do I do?
Materials & Fabrics
We use the Absolute Finest materials on the market, and our craftsmanship is unparalleled. Professional dry cleaning is strongly recommended for all our garments. We cannot be held responsible for any damages due to improper care after receipt. As with all colored fabrics, slight variations in color can occur between fabric color dye lots (bolts). In order to have all garments for the same event cut from the same dye lot, we must have all orders placed together (within 3 days of each-other at most). All of our designs are Meticulously Handmade here in the USA. Our innovative design and elaborate fabrics entwine to produce pieces that get recognized as edgy and fashionable, as they have also captured the imaginations of fashion enthusiasts the world over.
What If I want something in a different color?
Custom Orders are our specialty! Many of our design may be customized per your color scheme... The fabric, feather colors, brooch, and/or tulle colors may be customized to suit your preference.
If you would like a custom color scheme, please check yes on that product's detail page and leave us a note in the comments section at checkout with your preference. We will then be in touch to design your one of a kind design!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Every order is custom created to your specifications and handmade just for you! As a result, turnaround times do vary depending on the season; typically, our designs ship in 3-5 weeks. However, the turnaround time-frame will vary at times (especially during the busy Wedding and Holiday Seasons).
Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 3-6 additional BUSINESS days to arrive if you are in the USA. The delivery time-frame on International orders will vary. If you have any questions about the item that you are interested in, the most current "design times," or need your order by a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order.
What if I need to rush my order?
All of the items in our store do have the option to be expedited, by choosing "Yes" at the "Rush Order This Item?" option on the product's detail page. Rush Order purchases are applied on a per item basis, not for all the items in your cart. Rush orders will be shipped in 2 weeks.
Payment, cancellations, & refunds
Due to the fact that our designs are made to order specifically for you (we do not stock pre-made dresses); ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment has been made, we immediately reserve production time and/or begin production on orders. Standard & advance orders may be cancelled, in writing, within 24 hours of order placement & payment. RUSH orders may not be cancelled once placed, and no credit will be issued for any payments made. NO EXCEPTIONS. ***Due to the handmade nature of our designs, there will always be slight variations in each one. Occasionally the exact embellishments shown are not available. Every effort will be made to match each piece as closely as possible. Thank you for understanding. By agreeing to purchase you are stating that you understand this policy. ***
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Love Baby J is pleased to offer international shipping to most countries including, but not limited to: United Kingdom, Greece, UAE, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. For most packages the cost is between $44.00 and $70.00 USD. We ship via USPS Express or Priority Mail which takes 3-5 or 6-10 business days. If you have any additional questions about International shipping, please feel free to send us an inquiry at email@example.com. Please note... we are not able to ship to Africa at this time.
All International order must be placed on an International credit card which we can verify. The shipping and billing address must be the same. We do not offer free shipping on ANY international orders. Customer is responsible for the duties and/or taxes imposed by their country for the goods. If the customer either refuses or returns an item and we are charged a duty or tax, that amount will be deducted from the credit along with the shipping charges in the case of a refused package.
